Content Rules and Reporting

Allowed task

Use your own pet photos or original non-human animal characters with the necessary rights, and original short English lyrics. Studio-owned and explicitly licensed references are identified separately.

Prohibited content

We prohibit pornography/NSFW, violence or gore, hate, child-unsafe content, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. This includes real-person faces or bodies, celebrity imitation, unlicensed music/characters/brand material, voice cloning, copied source performance footage, threats, harassment and private information about others. No external audio or video uploads are accepted.

Review and action

Images and lyrics are checked before generation. Output is checked before customer display. Uncertain or failed review blocks delivery. Restricted-content controls are maintained and review/handling records are retained for safety and service purposes. Private delivery does not bypass review.

Confirmed violations can lead to rejection, removal, account restrictions or suspension as appropriate. No public customer gallery is offered. We do not claim automated review detects every violation.

Report or appeal

Anyone may report a concern to support@hotellobbyclip.com, the existing attended business support mailbox. Include the relevant URL or task/order reference, the concern and any supporting evidence. Do not send passwords, identity documents or card details. We review reports and allow customers to request reconsideration. No unstaffed 24/7 or fixed-hour response promise is made.
